Complete Jumps Training by Athletes Acceleration
I loved this course. The amount of activities demonstrated is wonderful, but I was just as impressed with the focus on proper mechanics, sensible progression and injury prevention. This product is not a track & field-specific resource but it is a valuable addition to any track & field coach’s toolkit. It is also highly relevant to any other coach whose sport requires an athlete to jump and land or exert explosive force against the ground. It is an excellent product and I highly recommend it.
