Online Courses & Resources

Complete Youth Training by Athletes Acceleration

CompleteYouthTrainingDigitalI really enjoyed this course, presented by Sports Performance expert Mike Boyle. The course is aimed at giving coaches and parents a deeper understanding of the what, when, why and how of youth sports performance.

Complete Jumps Training by Athletes Acceleration

Complete Jumps Training 2 - Blog

I loved this course. The amount of activities demonstrated is wonderful, but I was just as impressed with the focus on proper mechanics, sensible progression and injury prevention. This product is not a track & field-specific resource but it is a valuable addition to any track & field coach’s toolkit. It is also highly relevant to any other coach whose sport requires an athlete to jump and land or exert explosive force against the ground. It is an excellent product and I highly recommend it.
