Games That Help Make Learning Athletics Fun

Hurdles Shuttle Relay
The “Hurdles Shuttle Relay” is a shuttle relay race between teams where each athlete runs a hurdles section in one direction and a sprints section in the other direction.

“Escape from the Space Monsters” is a team game in which young athletes attempt to escape from a “space monster prison” by successfully clearing a flexible high jump training bar.

“Asteroids” is a shot put team game during which young athletes score team points according to where their shot lands.
